If you’re preoccupied by sadness, worry, anxiety, stress, frustration, relationship difficulties or simply feeling stuck, therapy may help.
Working together, we can identify the main challenges that are keeping you from reaching your goals and enjoying lasting happiness and peace of mind.
I use an integrative approach incorporating mindfulness-based practices, cognitive behavioral techniques, narrative therapy, and family systems perspective into talk therapy. I offer sand tray as a method to express thoughts and feelings in a dynamic, interactive manner.
I also use EMDR—Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprogramming— as a primary means for working through trauma. This process allows the mind to access painful memories and experiences and process them in a specific way that alleviates associated symptoms. I also use this approach in working through chronic anxiety and depression.
